UC commercials have come a long way since the one with the remote controlled lawn mower from years ago.

Huge fan of this new commercial. Extremely first class.

Not really into conspiracy theories but as I was typing this I thought if there was any coincidence of the timing of this release. Perhaps an announcement where a school advert would end up being played nationally many times.

Absolutely oozes big time college. Bravo!

Well, not to burst anyone's bubble, but now-former-President Ono was fairly prominent in the latest commercial, including voice-over. Sooooo...

I not only think it's impressive(because it is), and not to brag (but I am) I have a nephew who is one of the students featured.

Red: I think the point is that the new commercial has nothing to do with a new conference invite. UCBeast was pointing out that it may have just as much to do with the fact that our previous commercial featured Santa quite prominently.

In general I believe this has been in the works for a while. Even after Santa's commercial with a sped up down the drive playing in the background came out, I was able to talk to a few board members and Santa when they visited DC. We briefly talked about stepping up our commercial game, and they mentioned they had some more cinematic ideas leading up to our Bicentennial celebration. I hope they keep coming, this one is a good step forward.

Great commercial. I like how it touches on coop experience intertwined with academics. The incorporation of athletics with Nippert. Like the "Do More" slogan. Clean, simple and powerful.
