ESPN Article on Big12 Expansion. They had me until the graph to the right...Boise is a Yes for Academics???

UCF/USF NO football success???.... but BYU, Colorado State, ECU, and memphis listed as having success???

USF has some of the best academics of all the schools on that list.

He put no thought into that list. Just put down yes or no based on what his feelings were when he wrote article.

Okay, ECU is now part of the Big 12 expansion narrative. Its not going to happen for us, but clearly the social media stuff worked in terms of getting our name on the board.

Lets see :wins against 5 ACC schools in a row, multiple wins against Miami( when they were good in the 90's), TWO Conf USA Championships, a number 9 finish in the polls, bowls, etc.

I just don't see how anyone could put down Boise as a yes for academics, when clearly, by every measure, there are schools above Boise that he put down as No's.

The poster obviously has not followed college football since the 80s. ECU has a very good history of football accomplishment in the last 25 or so years. Hell, even Texas has had some bad years. Good luck to ECU, if we stay in the AAC, it will be fun playing you...you guys actually do deserve better.

Our only 'No' was academics, but if Boise gets a 'Yes', UH, UCF and USF should all get a 'HELL YES'.

With the s*#t show the media has turned this Big12 expansion into for the first time I’m actually happy that Temple hasn’t been mentioned publicly much if at all as an expansion candidate.

The Big12 leadership hasn’t made things any better with their lack of leadership and knee jerk reactions, but the media is having a feeding frenzy and using this as their opportunity to air personal opinions and comments about the schools being mentioned and trying to pass them off facts.
