To be fair, he has been plugged in at Texas but also has lost some sources with the changes in leadership there since Dodds retired. Like you, I believe him. he is saying it because he has heard it and I would believe it is from Fox, as is Cox's info.

it was BYU, Cincinnati, Houston and then a toss up between
Memphis and UConn. I think he leans to whomever he is speaking
with at the time in his predications.

I just have such a hard time buying BYU today. There is no doubt they are the best candidate available in terms of history and brand. However, I do not see how the Big 12 could seriously consider them given their current rape situation and what the Big 12 has already dealt with in regards to Baylor and a similar situation.
