Does ASN put any of our ESPN3 games OTA?

Does ASN put any of our ESPN3 games OTA?
Does ASN pick up some of our ESPN3 only games for regional distribution OTA?

I thought I saw where that was part of a deal.

From my understanding, all ASN broadcasted games will also be available on ESPN3. The main difference is that ESPN3 isn't subject to blackout restrictions whereas ASN is.

We don't do TV with ASN, but they rebroadcast some of our ESPN3. All our games are produced by ESPN or CBS.
