I gave up on expectations a couple of years ago.

Just go with the flow...it's easier and you'll be happier.

I think this might be the first year I've truly given up on expectations. We'll see what happens.

Meh. The schedule is favorable. I had to work to come up with the 4th loss in there.

I fear a lot more than 4 losses.

We've come off some seasons with high expectations which were greeted with a letdown. Maybe this year will be different. Lower expectations and better results. If they do not turn the ball over, i believe they can put together a pretty good year. However, you cannot continue to play defense this way and turn the ball over as well. That equation will not win at any level. Every year is a new year for turnovers. Think positive.

My only expectation is to be annoyed, so hopefully that does not come to pass. I just wonder where is he talent on this team? Besides Boone, who are the stars?

UC has a lot of players on the watch list. Bond for example.

Not sure where he stands from the national perspective but LB Eric Wilson should be primed for a big Senior year - lead the team with 106 tackles last season. I've always liked Safety Zach Edwards and he seems to always fly under the radar. He was second on the team last year in tackles (94) and tops in picks (3). I know he's just a "kicker" but I love...

Gantz is our MVP.

Honestly I don't think talent is the issue. My memory isn't the best but I have yet to see a player coached up beyond his ability since TT took over. Have we seen that much less talent versus our last three coaches? Still 2 and 3 star guys. This regime just doesn't seem to get as much out of them.

I think you guys will get your wish. You look at the inexperience at WR, two very good options in Green and Boone, and throw in the fact that the QBs had a poor camp in terms of turnovers, and it all adds up.
