My personal Big 12 picks:

Cincinnati
UConn
Houston
BYU (football-only)

This results in

Pac-12 adding UNLV and Hawaii (football-only) to get to 14.
AAC responds by adding Rice, Ohio, Marshall to get to 12
MWC stays at 10
MAC responds by offering UMass (football-only) again to get to 12.
C-USA stays put at 12
Sun Belt stays put at 10
Army maintains independence
New Mexico St. goes back to FCS
Does Hawaii have a football team?

Big 12 adds BYU, BSU as football only members. Bsu sends Olympic sports to big west. Cincy and uconn as full members. AAC adds army and NIU. MWC adds UTEP or Rice. Cusa adds nmsu. Not sure what the MAC would do, I would invite ndsu.
