Been a long time season ticket owner. This year I logged into my online account and signed up for the monthly payment plan, the first payment was supposed to come out on Friday, nothing ever came out and now I can't find any NIU account login site anymore nor any email to contact for help. Hope I didn't get screwed out of my longtime tickets.

Same issue here foch. I procrastinated and waited until the deadline and it would only let me pay 0 amount. I emailed the ticket email address, hopefully they can straighten it out for us on Tuesday. I have a hard time believing they would yank our season tickets because of a computer glitch.

I'm switching it up this year. I'll probably only be in town for the one game in Chicago but I'm going to get the family ticket plan for $299. If the tickets for Chicago are $50 each I would have spent $200 anyway. I can sell or give the tickets to friends for the other 5 home games. Usually I buy east side tickets but since I won't be home for any games in DeKalb it won't matter to me that the tickets are on the west side.

This would never happen if NIU went to the AAC. You should reconsider your allegiance to the MAC, Maddawgz!

Seriously? LOL you think the AAC could never have a computer glitch? Computer glitch can happen anywhere...including the US Government! (remember when the health ins. marketplace opened online?!! It was a huge mess with MANY computer glitches.)

I was kidding - ribbing MD about his aversion to NIU potentially joining the AAC. As for Obamacare, I was certainly glad I didn't need the federally subsidized insurance. That was a mess!

Did you talk to the Ticket people at all today?

I did, I was told it did not go through because no one was at the office that Friday. Apparently it was set up to automatically withdraw, and it withdrew today.

Yes the health ins. is a friggin nightmare. High costs, high deductibles, very high yearly max out of pocket costs. You are right about that being a mess...it is.

No! Health Insurance isn't a mess! Also, it's always been high but now rates are increasing at a all-time low. Millions more have coverage and that's a good thing. You can get coverage with a pre-existing condition that's a good thing. You will not get kicked off because you've reached a coverage limit. It can be better and if Republicans had helped it would be better! Also, now you cannot charge women more because their women.

I purchased my four-pack family plan for the East side yesterday. Only game I'll be able to make is the game at US Cellular in November. Go Huskies!
