Coffee talk... Name someone that ever turned down an offer (they couldn't refuse)
BB, FB, AD.
It's rare, but it happens. MAC (and MAC type) coaches get offers (from the bigger or arguably bigger boys) and turn them down for some reason or another.
We always wonder who leave us and when they will leave us. Our lack of self-esteem is just good common sense.
Name a coach or AD that we have learned of that turned someone down (by golly...even if they were waiting for a better offer somewhere else).
Novak was the only one that entered my brain and I don't quite think he had concrete offers...his age, ect.
Am I wrong...anyone, anyone, Bueller?
East Carolina, Minnesota, Nevada, Bradley, NC ST.
Some of our recent and even a bit in the past hoops departure.
Not exactly the sexiest list of schools....which makes this worse.

Opening Bids - Don't know it for a fact(s) but, I'm thinking a former Boise St Head Coach, the guy at Butler (now Boston) and Shaka Smart?

Shaka Smart turned down Marquette. The deal was done then the wife changed his mind because she did not want to move to Milwaukee.
