Immature and unprofessional. Can't believe they would present that.

Can't imagine they would do that to intentionally demean or harm. It was meant to be a "fun" environment for women only. If you're going to have a "women's day" at football camp, by agreeing to attend I think it's fair to say you've already accepted existence of certain stereotypes and that that environment might be played with. That's kind of the point, to make fun of the stereotypes, right? That they don't "know" football and to rid that stereotype but educating them on the game? Why else have a "women's night?

I don't see a right to a high horse here? Seems a "gotcha" situation was taken advantage of.

Naiveté. Wouldn't have gotten a second look 20 or maybe even 10 years ago but rightly so does now. I think both sides could have handled it better but once the "mistake" was made.... So quick to jump on the righteous indignation. Best approach in MY mind is to just point out why it's inappropriate. Educate positively. I note neither of these guys "stuck" to their guns. When pointed out, it made sense to them. They recognized the error in understanding and judgment.

Those assistants learned nothing. With the salaries they make, they have a feeling of entitlement. They can do whatever they want, and if caught, give a lame excuse and be back to work in a short period of time. Sometimes DIII football is very appealing.

I don't know them at all, certainly not like you do. Suppose you could be correct.

Sounds like Turner already hadn't learned a thing.
