Yea New England is a team that might have some clue how to use him. Or the Saints, but they already have Snead and Tommy Lee Lewis. The Bears are a bad fit, as usual. Cutler, even when he gets time to throw (an iffy proposition) is inconsistent and would rather try to fit a tight throw into his favorite receiver then look for a smaller target.
