As long as the cute point guard is there you will remain very good.

I'm sure you speak of Kendle Noble or Micah Jones. Both very good players

I dunno, we have a good candidate too -- F Charity Savage. She is tearing it up on our foreign tour. 11 rebounds yesterday, not sure how many points. Really excited about this year. Will be more great MT-WKU games!

Whitney Creech is an insane scoring guard coming in for us. She needed 63 points to break the KY High School all time career scoring record going into a random game in the during the season. And she scored 71 points that game to break it. She followed up that 71 point game with a 64 point game the very next outing to surpass 5,000 career points at a very small high school that was actually pretty bad at basketball other then her.

Her 42.0 ppg in 2014-2015 were outdone by her in 2015-2016 when she averaged 50.3 ppg, 14.4 rpg, 3.2 apg, 3.3 spg, and 2.3 blocks per game as a senior.

Sounds like one of ours we have now, Abbey Sissom. She scored a crap ton in HS and is becoming a great scorer for us now. A lot of these girls are glossed over by big-time programs and it is great that our coaches really do appreciate looking at the players and not just going by all the dumb rankings.

RE: 2016-17 WBB Non-Conf Schedules
Western finally released their schedule

NOV 11 -- vs Alabama A&M
NOV 16 -- vs UT Arlington
NOV 19 -- vs Indiana
NOV 25-27 -- Gulf Coast Showcase (DePaul and two other opponents)
NOV 30 -- at Eastern Kentucky
DEC 03 -- at Austin Peay
DEC 11 -- at Louisville
DEC 15 -- vs Lipscomb
DEC 18 -- vs College of Charleston
DEC 21 -- vs Ball State

The delay was worth it because it looks like the MT at WKU game has been moved to Sunday January 15 in the most common sense move C-USA could have done. Now the best rivalry in the conference has separate dates for the men's and women's games.
