You are not even clever. It is too bad that you do not have to put your money where your mouth is. 12 points is a lock. Not a single revisionist statement on my end that is all you. The part about making it up you lost me. My logic is very simple if you beat the spread in a hth game the following spread between the teams is not going up.

But it doesn't work like that at all.. Ole miss best Bama.. If they rematches at the end of the season Bama would be more favored than the first game

At the beginning of the cincy game, cincy was still viewed as a conference elite and Houston was just viewed as an above average team...
Since that game cincy has had 2 games with g5 team had had starters sit out after the second quarter in horrendous blowouts.. Since houston the precinct game we have blown out 2 top 25 teams and a top 10 team... I don't get how you are not adding to your "simple logic"

Your entire logic is the world is flat logic.. You think the simplest route without adding any deep context into the equation.. Showing you don't understand how it works

At no point has houston been a 12 point favorite. I have actually tried to quantify it for you but you are impervious to logic instead you live in homerland. My opinion is fact and i will prove it by backing it with more opinion. 12 points is a lot of points coming from a team running as a 10 point dog in their first game

im guessing 2011 didnt exist????
im guessing 13-1 isnt a good year ..

and heres a link to the main sports show on byu tv...they compare every candidate to byu...this is an impartial opinion (not tied to houston or cincy)

they basically say cincy and memphis are a flash in the pan...think uconn is horrible (in football) and that houston is the only candidate that is even debate-able
http://www.byutv.org/watch/event/ba4d7e6...1454a542d2

perception is a funny thing....crazy how byu sports analysts in utah are crazy houston homers

whatever you did in CUSA...nobody gives a crap

least UC's glory (and UCF for that matter) came in a real BCS conference

sorry, but welcome to the truth

bet you $1000 right now more people know who keenum is than who a single player is on any big east cincy team

and id make that bet again with kevin kolb

in the video i linked the byu guy talk about that..that can you name 1 good cincy player (in football).. and "the resounding answer for most is no" according to them

There are a lot more NFL fans than college fans out there, and Im sure a huge chunk of them know who Connor Barwin and Derek Wolfe are. Heck, many of them have probably heard of Nakamura and Travis Kelce. Those are players I know just of the top of my head. Do they associate these guys with Cincy? Probably not. Im sure most don't. But nonetheless, more know their names. Oddly, there's a FSU fan on the UConn board, and he's been posting daily for 3 years, and it just dawned on him that Kemba Walker--a player he really really likes--went to UConn.

I think fans of pro sports are sometimes like this if they don't follow college.
Wait seriously he wants to bet $1000 that more people know who Case Keenum is than Travis Kelce. LOL
Kelce has his own reality TV show on E! and do you know how many people play fantasy football in this country when he is a top 5 TE?

this is the crazy part to me...we were a 10 point favorite last game to start..cincy has since been horribly embarrassed twice..and houston who was barely ranked at 25 but has since beaten 3 top 25 teams comfortably ..and is now a top 10 team themselves

you really think spreads are defined by 1 close games and not the entirety of the teams resume ... individual games are altered by human error which is why its gambled on

ohio state only beat niu by 7 by your logic if they rematched the spread is less. ignoring bsu beat niu 55-7 to finish the year?

LMAO!!

i really wish i could take that bet with you..you really think the TE for the kcity chiefs is more known than keenum. who the rams have already announced to be the starting qb for the first LA team in decades

im still laughing about that show comment, you should have waited and then bumped the thread in 3 months.. travis the megastar and all 50k of his twitter followers lol

Let me make this clear for you in the nfl casey keenum has been a nobody. Please do nor regsle us with his college ststs. I believe kelce was pro bowl this year. Bounce around qbs barely making rosters do not get reality shows. Take off your homer glases.

calm down we are talking about being known...Sebastian Vollmer from UH has started for the patriots like the last 8 years, and has been all-pro... but id be lying to you if i said he was known...

and keenum was the starter for the texans and the rams..he wasnt "barely making" rosters he was traded...

-- didnt chad johnson get a reality show when he was bouncing around barely making rosters
--doesnt eric decker have his own e! tv shows and he bounces around
--didnt Hank Baskett get a E! tv show with his girlfriend, he has never been on a team for more than a year
- doesnt aaron ross has a tv show and can barely stay on a nfl team

you need to ask yourself this question, do any great nfl players have reality shows? especially one called "a catch at love" flavor flav style

you are the one who clearly needs to take his homer glasses off

I don't care about the rest of these arguments because I believe Cincy deserves to be in a P5 and eventually will.

Because they won the league last year and are the favorite. This certainly does not make them a 12 plus point favorite.

Chad Johnson is a well known player. Had a real career unlike Keenum. So has Eric Decker. Basketts show is about his wife the exPlayboy Bunny. AAron Ross has had a decent career. I do not know him but according to Wiki, it is far superior to Keenums. Vollmer does not have a show because I speculate that he does not have the personality for tv. Keenum has played for four teams in five years. Last year he was zero of eight in his starts. Unlike Kelce, you will not see him on SportCenter. Yes, good football players go on reality tv to promote their brand. You get the last word, like I have a choice, because I am tired of this. Here is a little tidbit about Kelce and his show from Gottliebs show. http://gottlieb.radio.cbssports.com/2016...ing-kelce/

you are such a manipulator and a revisionist on history it blows my mind..and you had the audacity to try and call someone out on it

keenum has been on 2 teams in his career..the rams and the texans...both got "qbs of the future" traded keenum only to trade for him back....
he was offered a deal to be the starter of the broncos but chose to stay withe LA rams

he wasnt 0-8 last season that was 2 seasons ago on a generally bad team...last year keenum was undefeated in his 3 games

keenum was on sportscenter literally 2 days ago. he was the main speaker for the rams in their first camp in LA
here a headline article that was on espn from literally 2 days ago

you have little clue about half the things you talk about ...and you really think anyone cares about a e reality dating show that hasnt even aired yet?

Hank Baskett,

He fumbled the 2nd half kickoff in the Super Bowl which catapulted our beloved Saints to the win!!!!

BTW, I received my Saints Season Tickets in the mail today. My Tulane Tickets should only be a couple of weeks out!!!

Despite your insistance otherwise basketball does contribute to perception. Nothing screams g5 like houstons basketball attendance. A figure an early season loss and we can sa y the same about their football. You have gotten all the possible mileage out of your one year.

This is hilarious coming from a noodle chili eater fan.

Cincinnati has NEVER in their history beaten a team in a bowl game that finished the year in the top 50 of the computer polls. The closest the Bearcats came was a tie with wins over #58 Vanderbilt and #58 Western Michigan.

Meanwhile, UH has three major bowl wins and NINE wins and ONE TIE over top 50 teams in bowl games;

#3 Maryland
#10 Nebraska
#13 Florida State
#16) Auburn
#16 NC State
#23 Tulane
#30 Penn State
#32 Miami of Ohio
#35 Navy
#46 Air Force
