Just saw a federal judge has announced he is going to be released from federal prison after serving more than 35 years for the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan.

I hope Brady is happy and content knowing the the crazy is back in the streets again!

I wish we had as many laws in the books regarding Crazies as we have regarding guns.

that decision is why almost all states rewrote the insanity defense rules and level of burden.
