Sounds like that.

So Trump is the epitome of civility?

Trump's success is an example of the loss of civility, and the fact that as a society we prefer entertainment to statesmanship, and we prefer form over substance. He who shouts the loudest gets attention, and the more hyperbolic the pronouncement the larger the crowd that gets attracted.

Yeah, my post definitely was a 'nod to Trump' 07-coffee3

It was just pointing out your constant whining about how things used to be great regardless whether they were or not. And the high horse too.

The status quo isn't always better.

Constant whining about how things used to be great?

Examples?

When I think of constant whining, Rick's name is not the one that comes to mind.

Oh please, do I get one guess?? And whats the prize. 03-lmfao

You can have ten guesses, but I bet you would be right on the first one.

The prize is the same one we award for the best prediction of our W-L record.

I will add that I have never heard Rick whine about anything.
