ECU doesn't need to look down their noses at us and we don't need to revel in their setbacks. We're in the same place as them - on the outside, looking in.

And our athletic directors are probably sucking up to ECU right now. We all want their vote for AAC replacement for any program that does leave for the Big 12.

Man, I didn't clearly remember just how much we dominated that 2013 game. Take away the bogus penalty on the punt return TD, and the garbage TD by ECU at the end against our 3rd/4th team defense, and it's 66-20. I mean 59-28 is bad enough, but geesh.

Ive always said I think we gave up way to many points to the ECWho'rs that day. That game is when I realized that Gary Thompson would be special before he left Huntington. And now Thompson is headed into his senior season he has already done that.

If we had someone besides Chris Rippon as DC, I doubt that ECU would have scored anything but a garbage TD. I always thought our corners played outta position that game.

We offer that as an elective now. It's a running joke...

What airport situation? Greenville has an airport capable of handling A320's 737's. Every team we play flies into KPVG. And it's 4.4 miles from the stadium. Fans can catch daily connection flights from ATL, Charlotte, RDU, and Richmond. So what airport situation are you referring too?

Doubt it would happen though.

What like UH getting political support and doing the same stuff, Memphis and FedEx trying bribery, SMU announcing 150 million in facility improvements in it's bid, Tulane talking up N.O. and academics, Cincinnati getting political support, UCF and USF putting out their own stuff and getting local media to pub for them?

But, how dare ECU try the same things? Really?
