Deep down, they'll mostly all tell you that. At this point, what they're trying to achieve is just to push HRC farther to the left on her issues. And thankfully, I think they're slowly achieving that. But it's going to take some time. Both the DNC and the RNC are just too entrenched for these shifts to happen over night.
She will tell you whatever you want to hear.........then just like Lucy yanks the ball from Charlie Brown - once in office she will bow to the will of those rich 1% folks that have made her wealthy. She is already bought and paid for and anything else she says is just another lie - she tells them all the time.
She hasn't driven a car in 25 years - you think she really relates to the small guy?? Pfff.......
I don't remember the last president that could relate to the small guy.
I don't either, but that is the line Hillary is selling with the talk of "free college" and "make the wall streeters pay", etc, etc. - and what she will really do is continue to "help" those very same folks so they put more money in her and Bill's pockets........

People said they will quit the party and formed a new party if Hillary is not removed as the Presidential Candidate. Hillary needs to saved face, or the whole Democratic party will die at this convention.

It will be a cold day in hell before Hillary voluntarily steps down......she has her crowning achievement in sight and you will have to pry that nomination from her cold, dead hands...........
She couldn't give a crap about the Democratic party save for them helping her win an election. She is totally all about her...... and she will lie, cheat and steal if necessary to garner her power.

This is all about Hillary. She doesn't give a crap about the DNC as long as they are working for her.

So if Bernie supporters boo Bernie, who are they going to vote for?
Some will hold their nose and vote for Hillary.
Some will go Johnson or Stein.
Hell, one or two might vote Trump.
And others will just stay home and drink.

This. And she is totally oblivious to anything else.
And that is why she may figure out a way to lose this.

Hell, both major parties, at least as we have known them for the past few decades, could soon be extinct. Good bye and good riddance.

It is less surprising than I previously thought though.
He has said through this entire process he would support whomever the eventual democratic nominee was.
So, bull crap to you.
The great independent towed a party line.
He was always a fraud and smart people knew it.
He's worked with democrats for nearly the entirety of his political life. Anyone thinking he was a true independent is misinformed.
But he and his supporters said that he was different. That is all I heard from them.

I think it all depends on who's in power when the next recession occurs. I for one (and I'm probably correct in saying that you agree with me) believe we have not fixed many of the structural problems in our economy that caused the previous downfall, and that the next recession will be just as deep (if not more) than the previous one. As awful as it may be, I can see the Democrats dominating American politics (like they did post-1930) if the GOP is in power, because they've got the talking points all lined up for the 'causes' of potential economic problems. I'm not sure the GOP could capture all that momentum in its current form, though if they go the way of the Amashes and Pauls, I think there's a far better chance they take control for a while.
