Nevertheless, he's charismatic and entertaining, so in general I think he's alright despite some huge blind spots. Him getting banned from Twitter is unjust when there are far more repulsive figures out there.

Do elaborate.
Mostly has to do with his support for Trump and his policies, which I find very xenophobic. There's a fine line between desiring strong national security and going overboard, and Milo crosses it imo. But like I said, in other areas I think he's dead-on.

In other words, he is hardly "an idiot when it comes to politics."

Hard to believe anyone could be this easily deceived by political rhetoric.
America is as far away from xenophobia as any nation that ever existed, Its literally the largest melting pot of races in the world. A temporary band on untraceable and unverifiable young Muslim men is not xenophobia.
Its common flippin sense when you look at the results of this in Europe the last year. Are you not aware of the rape epidemic going on in different parts of Europe? Are you not aware of the number of terrorists attacks going on in Europe?
If you honestly cant see the tremendous dangers here right now then the problem is you, not others.

Like I said, there's a difference between strong national security and going overboard. His blanket immigration policy, short-sighted economic ideas, and regressive tendencies of his social stances are areas in which I take particular issue with, but then again, this is a thread about Milo. Sorry to sidetrack things.

"Blanket" immigration police?
Regressive social tendencies?
These things do not exist. You have been slowly brainwashed into creating them in your mind.
You are proving my point, you have bought into made up political talking points that only exist in peoples imagination. Typically tailored for those who can't logically or coherently explain their beliefs using facts or evidence.
Politics based on raw emotion, not factual information and critical thinking.
I'm probably not even going to vote, but at least I can understand the actual reasons I don't support the 2 candidates.

True
Quote:His blanket immigration policy
AFAIK he does not have a "blanket policy". His major points are a wall to curtail illegal immigration and a ban on "muslims" though in practice I would bet it's muslim nations.
The wall has to do with illegal immigration so it's not an "immigration" policy it's a border enforcement policy.
The ban is in the spirit of the Hart–Celler Act which was pushed by that icon of the left Ted Kennedy.
Quote:short-sighted economic ideas
Such as?
Quote:and regressive tendencies of his social stances
If it makes you feel any better I don't think for a moment trump is pro-life, or pro-life enough, to do anything about it.
He desegregated his golf clubs back when Clinton was joining segregated clubs.
Transgender - He does not believe it's the federal governments job to dictate things like bathroom policies.

I don't think this is a sidetrack at all. The reason Milo gets under the skin of the left is because he is gay and conservative. They are particularally pissed he is so ardent in supporting trump.
