The taxes the businesses pay goes towards fire fighters and police to protect their businesses. Why should we the people who do not have the money pay the taxes for the protection of those businesses when they do not pay their fair share?

HR25 is simply another way to collect the taxes. It is in fact designed to be a revenue neutral system. It has zero to do with how the revenue is spent. That is the job of Congress. The information is readily available on this for anyone interested at Fairtax.org
