In Toledo we always seem to say "we can't". Look at Cincy, or Louisville. 20 years ago they were equivalent to Toledo. Now??

Read an article about Colorado going back. I could see BYU and CU going back to Big 12 with Boise backfilling PAC 12. All this could be a non issue
