That's kind of the place I am at. I might be paranoid but I have this fear there are some bad circumstances unfolding with NIU football. There was obvious major dysfunction with the team at the end of last year. I have no idea which or any of those rumors were true about the team walking out on the coach, or what Carey did, or anything, all I know is there was major dysfunction in some form. Add onto that, we have an AD who really decided he wanted out at least a year ago now, and is not going to make any significant personnel decisions that would cause a bumpy departure for him. Dysfunction + apathy could be a very bad combination.
