If they decide to go west, BYU and Colorado State.

If they decide to go east, then definitely Cincinnati. The other team can be UConn or Memphis. Most likely Memphis.

AAC assaults MWC - Boise, SDSU, Fresno, Air Force and Colorado St.

MWC raids CUSA - UTEP, RICE, La Tech, NMSU & UTSA

CUSA goes to 10 - Ark St and GSU from Sunbelt

SB - Brings in EKU and JMU to get back to 10.

I was just using there current math where 12=10 It is now corrected. :)

I predict Houston and BYU. Southern Miss replaces Houston in AAC and UL-Lafayette replaces USM in C-USA with Eastern Kentucky moving to Sun Belt.

BYU and Boise as football-onlies, Houston and Cincinnati as full members. Boise bribes a return to the Big West for their other sports and BYU stays in the WCC.

UMass finally joins the American and brings along Charlotte.

Charlotte will not be in the American as long as ECU is here.
I can see Houston as a full member and BYU as a football only. Then maybe a Cincinnati for full membership but who will be the 4th football only I am not sure.

To be perfectly honest.... the only reason I am even a little bit skeptical about Memphis going to the Big 12 is that the Eddie Mush of the Memphis board has been predicting Memphis to the Big 12. That is the kiss of death.

I think Houston and Cincy are locks right now. Texas wants Houston and Cincy helps bridge the WVU geography gap. If the Big 12 is open to football only members they add BYU, I just see no way they deal with BYU and the Sunday issue that an all sports invite would require. If BYU gets in I bet Colorado St gets in too. If they want to go into FL they add UCF and USF. Dont really see the need for Memphis right now and UConn is really out of the way for everyone so unless they get a football only to complement BYU I dont see them getting in.

If it were up to me I would go Big 16
Texas, Texas Tech, Houston, TCU, Baylor, Oklahoma, OK St, BYU (Football Only)
Kansas, Kansas St, Iowa St, Cincinnati, WVU, UCF, USF, UConn (Football Only)

I have seen the idea that big 12 went public about expanding to see if any P5 teams secretly came forward about joining. If no p5 schools did they would just announce they looked over the numbers and decided against it. I'm in the camp that thinks they expand anyway but that was just a theory I've seen.

I don't think most people realize how long the Big 12 has been screwing around with this expansion idea. They contacted us and at least 3 other schools in late 2013, and have been talking to us, and others, almost full time ever since.

During that time, they have had plenty of time to scope out any P5 teams. And Boren went public with expansion ideas a year ago.

Nobody is jumping to the B12. The ACC just extended their GoR to 2036, and nobody in the B1G or SEC is moving, so that's a pipe dream.

Whatever teams the B12 adds will be non-P5.

If 14, Fresno State/SDSU, BYU, Houston.

Think there is a lot of truth to that. I also believe that Arkansas is still the #1 target for the Big 12.

Fresno is not getting in. Fresno won't even bother making an attempt to get in.
P.S. Fresno is reinstating wrestling! Yeah! I'm assuming you are a wrestling fan since your an ISU guy? Went to dozens of meets at Hilton as a kid in the 80's...
