new modified tulane helmets

On, Wisconsin!

I like them. Nice, clean look. I already liked our uniforms from last year, and the slight differences this year are an improvement. "HOUSTON" is a little bit bigger, and the sleeve design is much better.

Ya the angry wave looks kinda tacky. UH's new uniforms are legit though.

What's wrong with that? With a lot of the crap uniforms coming out in the name of being different, perhaps our take on the matter is that less is more.

Shere didn't say, or even hint that the uniforms were bad, he only mentioned the possibility that his memory may be bad.

LOL... I don't know which part of your post is tickling me the most, oldtiger.

They might as well put an N on the helmets.

I miss the uniforms from the 1970's and 80's (not that I was around for those times), the skinny UH logo with the basic uniform look was the best. I really wish they'd go back to the uniforms from that time period in basketball.

But even with the modern uniforms, I love the all-whites from the Peach Bowl. Whatever the look though, I wish they would get a uniform look and stick to it instead changing every few months.

Changing every couple years isn't that uncommon. The changes were subtle and made improvements on last year's, IMO.

I'm glad we are keeping the matte white helmets, and think they'll be a main stay for a long time.

Houston, nice unis. Tulane's helmet looks like you'll get slimed if you make a tackle.
