Trump partnering with Pence forced this decision. The thing is, she had a real opportunity to chose someone different.
She could have chosen Bernie.

its funny, Trump chose Pence, someone who he has a lot of disagreement with especially in his key area of trade, for the sake of party unity, but Clinton refuses to do so.

It will be interesting to see who she picks, but her problem is that she has been cornered by a balance Trump ticket on one side, and vp candidates who have shot themselves in the head. I believe she wanted Castro because he would be somewhat charismatic to offset her blandness. They also need to have a "newbie" to the scene so that she can try to say they are not the insider or establishment.
If she goes with Kaine, you have two bland people who have been establishment for a long time. Thats not going to excite the Bernie supporters.

Not really needed anymore. The past 4 days accomplished most of that...and the first 4 of next week will cement it.

Honest question, do Trump's trade stances not excite Bernie supporters? Trump and Bernie are closer on trade than Bernie and Clinton
