AAC wants schools to abide by 27-month exit period for logistical purposes. Expecting huge bump in the exit fee to leave for Big 12 early.

He got a 50/50 guess right regarding expansion and because of that this clown is to never be second guessed ever at all. Don't believe me ask a Memphis fan, they'll tell you.

Also, he claims that UCONN is going to the ACC. If that doesn't raise red flags on his clairvoyance, I don't know what will.

"If" it is true I couldn't see them being able to hold these schools to a timeframe or fee that exceeds what the last round of exits were given.

It's all a negotiation tactic. AAC will bid high the schools will bid low and they will meet somewhere in the middle it's that simple.

Now that Houston and Cincy are going to be in. The Big 12 expects you to spend money. TCU's athletic budget is approx. $100 million now. You guys better pour money in facilities, more than you are doing now. TCU almost yearly spends $7-$10 million on new sports facilities, coaches offices, players lounges, etc. You will be expected to do the same. Congrats.

Maybe, but he was virtually the only guy before July 19 saying the Big 12 was definitely expanding. Everybody else said expansion was dead.

More exit fees to keep the AAC with a pulse through 2025 when all hell breaks loose again.

he was also pretty much the only one saying it would be on the 19th about a month ahead of time as well.
