Did everyone forget the Western Michigan game and the Toledo game? For a back QB to come in and get big wins against quality opponents is no small task. He was good enough until he got hurt. He should be better this year with real in game experience.
He did nothing for the majority of the Toledo game. That's not to take away what he did on the last couple drives, but still. The WMU game is a game they lose without Huff. He also did nothing against Ohio before he died and even less in the bowl game.
I'm not taking anything away from what Graham did. He played amazingly well, much better than I would have ever expected. But I don't think he has the talent needed to be a really good college QB.

You might want to give that Toledo game another view. Graham was very sharp. I know mechanics aren't everything at QB, but notice Graham's quick and efficient throwing motion. Especially on short passes. Drew's screens are timed with a sun dial. We know Drew is awkward at most everything, and makes it work. But as a passer, Graham has the greater potential. But Graham also he has no feel for running the ball and Drew has great awareness when to do just that.

Agreed, if Graham is our #2 QB and we lose Hare, it won't be a good season. Graham threw too many INTs for someone they barely let throw the ball. We will need a VERY strong OL and run game if he's our QB because opposing defenses will only focus on stopping the run with him in the game.

I agree. Graham is a functional back-up QB. Will he become more remains to be seen.
