I know you guys had a down year, but I'm not ready to kick you down to the Southland yet.

You have no idea the turmoil around our program at the moment.

Nothing NCAA wise. But the fan base has turned on our AD and play by play guy. Never seen it this bad.

Just my two cents.

That's a much more accurate view of the top games.

I'll give that site props though, they are giving anyone that complains the opportunity to write a better article.

With all the "did not play Arkansas State" and "did not play Georgia Southern" over the last two years, you'd figure Arkansas State vs GS would be the game of the year.

I only put App vs. GS at the top because of the atmosphere of that intense rivalry game. I have yet to see what a game vs Ark State will look like especially on a Wednesday night. App/GS games are always lit even on Thursdays.

At least there was a Sunbelt article. Especially liked the picture of Armanti Edwards back at QB!

You know, I keep reading that App is no stranger to upsetting P5 teams but that is, at least by semantics and history, untrue. App has been Michigan and Wake Forest and have had relatively close calls against Auburn and LSU. Those games were all approaching ten years ago.

Note: Georgia Southern is now being called an upstart in the same sentence as Georgia State. Still think that loss at home meant nothing?

Georgia Southern losing that game the way they did was a regression of ego more than anything. I honestly believe GS fans thought it would be ten years before they would even sniff a loss to GSU.

He called the vocal portion of the fan base "faceless buffoons" and "turds in a punch bowl". For chastising the AD and his handling of the Tigue renovation. Fans had inside info which turned out to be about 90% correct and he called us out on it saying we were wrong. It has been proven factual with FOI's and other leaked info.

He is a mouthpiece for the AD.
