One player who could have an impact this year is Marius. He came here as a small four, but has slimmed down, developed a pretty good outside shot, and is probably more of a three now. This could be his year to shine, even with all the other talent. He's a tough player who is a good rebounder for his size. He'll certainly have an impact this season.

Hill is a good ballplayer. He does the little things, and you have to have those type of guys.

He's definitely a hard worker. A blue collar kind of guy. You're right. You need some of those to have a good team.
