Knew Nick for (gulp) 44 years....and me and my friends helped keep all of his businesses in the black!

He used to sell bologna sammiches when Nick's Ice House first opened, and his pledge to all of us sittin' on the commode seats was thusly: "You can't beat Nick's meat!"

I remimber the softball team he used to sponsor. Their t shirts said, NICKS ICE HOUSE Nicks stays hard longer
