Maybe, but I think the App folks are smarter than that. The thought of driving north in winter or even watching a game on tv in Ohio or Michigan with all those cold empty seats makes me miserable. I'm also aware that App gets cool at times as well but at least they can get off the mountain pretty quickly.
I don't think there's any App fan that actually wants the MAC. There's not a single team in that conference that would be a draw for us, unless Marshall goes back there.

Lots of schools do this. ECU is about to join the Big East for lacrosse.

It would be interesting to know if we looked at the CAA. They only have 7 teams and most are closer to Boone than the MAC schools

Mizzou is a MAC Member for wrestling. WVU for soccer.
