Family Needs Help
Hey everyone, I had this in S&N but was told I should also have it in here so everyone sees it. I truly hate asking for help, it is embarrassing that I can't pick up the slack for my family but here I am. My brother has been in and out of the hospital for the last few months and my family is having struggles with the bills starting to roll in. Lost my dad and grandma on my mom's side in the last 8 months, so my mom has been with my brother and not been able to work much in the last few months. We worry that with how large the bills are that losing the only house my brother has ever known is a real possibility. There are more details at the link below.

Go Fund Me

Also here is a link to a shirt that you can get for the next 2 weeks. $8 from every one of this shirt sells goes to benefit my brother and my mom. They retire each shirt after the 2 weeks because every 2 weeks the new design is associated with a new family that is in need.

26 Shirts Design

I understand we are all in tough situations right now but anything you could do to help you would be appreciated.

Sorry to read about the difficulties your family is going through. I sincerely hope your brother gets healthy soon. I will add a donation.

Let's put this back up at the top. Here we go, Huskie alumni. One of our brethren has asked for help, and this thread has had very little response. If we can get behind a ridiculous statue of a dog, we should be able to get behind one of our own in need.

The only reason you commented on this was to add that sentence. You're not a fan of the statue, we get it.

It's true, I added the comment about the dog with a specific intent. My hope was I would annoy people and they would bash me on this thread.

A thread with a lot of responses generates reads, and tubaguy needs as many people to read this thread as possible.

I understand that I'm not very well liked on this forum. I'm not very well liked in real life, either, so I'm not fussed. I don't mind being the martyr if it helps this guy out.

Yes, we should help a fellow Huskie out. At least buy the shirt, guys. You're helping and getting something nice in return (aside from the warm feeling of helping someone in need). Just do it.

You are right DF. In a case like this I think most people don't feel the need to announce whether or not they have donated. Most are not looking for a pat on the back for helping someone out.
