I saw today where USM football Coach Hopson hired a staff member and the title is Executive Assistant to the Head Coach. His primary responsibilities include athletic, educational and social development of the squad. Regardless of sport, what are ones that are currently at your school that makes you scratch your head while thinking "WTH is his/her title again?"

Our "AD" Pete Garcia's real title is Executive Director of Sports and Entertainment. That could explain why he sucks as AD.

i never figured that out. But i will say with some recent hires we are WAY over our bulldog quota

that applies to every school.....or it should in real terms.....

schools like unc, osu, um, get free passes......well, do I need to say anything else?

collegiate athletics is out of control relative to what is important on both sides of the aisle....

...and the federal gov't allows it to continue with a dipshite hierarchy ruling body dubbed the ncaa....and I'm hardly a fan of more gov't.....but in this situation (which has already passed the course of recourse), it was necessary.....

so there you have my summary on this bs.....
