Actually, it IS spaghetti...and it is Cincinnati chili. Spaghetti is merely the pasta, not the sauce. i.e. spaghetti w/meat sauce, spaghetti marinara, spaghetti alfredo (although usually served with fettucini or linguini)...

Skyline doesn't, but local variations like Blue Ash Chili do. Trust me, I was in senior management at Skyline and knew the spice formulation at one time. No cocoa and no cinnamon.

Clearly that's not chili, that's just meat sauce for spaghetti... you can call a pig with lipstick a rose, doesn't make it one though.
