USA Olympic Trials (Track & Field) - Day 9
After the 1st three rounds of the javelin finals, Ari Ince is in 8th place with 50.82 meters (166' 9"). She has 2 fouls.

Nice to see Will Claye win the triple jump and earn his spot to Rio after the LJ fiasco earlier in the week (I still think he was gypped out of a spot in that event). Crazy to see 41-year-old Bernard Legat make his fifth Olympic team by winning the 5000 meters. He might be a worthy USA flag bearer at the Olympics - it would create for a strong political statement if the USOC went that route.
