If it's good enough for HRC...
Brezler about to try to use the Hillary "defense"

This was the one I mentioned yesterday.. looks like Brezler's about to try to get away with the "I didn't intend it to happen' line of defense too.

Was he still working for the government at the time? Because this was a big part of why Comey said persuing procecution was not necessary.
