If she can not receive classified material or briefings, she can not do her job as president.

If she can not do the job as president, she is unqualified to be president.

I'm pretty certain this only applies to her receiving information as the nominee. Same goes for Trump when the "presumptive" tag is removed. As soon as she is elected, and before inauguration, she would start receiving daily briefings.

She would have to be given security clearance to get that info.

If she still has security clearance, someone needs to explain that. (The state dept doesnt know if she or her aides have clearance or not.)

Until her status changes it should be revoked.

The secret service will not confirm whether the temp/interim security clearance is required for candidates anymore.

Moot point. Once elected President, security clearance is automatically granted.

Those rules are for common people.

A question I still have not seen answered anywhere: Does she still have a security clearance since she is no longer an employee of the government?

But to this issue, from what I've read the briefings that the candidates get are at the sole discretion of the President. He alone has the final say on what they see and when. It's not Ryan's or the DNI's call. In addition, they don't get the full briefing that the current president gets, they get a "watered-down" version.
