Seems like high teens or low twenties is common for G5 team attendance.
So what would a good percentage of luxury seating be maybe 20-25% ?
Houston and Colorado ST are trying to get into the Big twelve so they planned big.
Tulane and ODU are paying a lot of money but are emphasizing revenue instead of capacity.

The P5 schools can afford to overbuild in case of a big run.
The top P5 teams have the benefit of their games being considered big events.

I have loved that design ever sense I first saw it in Atlanta, and had hoped Louisville would use it when the KFC YUM center was built. The funny thing is, not only does it put the rest of the "general admission" seats closer: it brings the luxury boxes much closer to the field as well (granted some will be higher than they usually are). And by having them all in one place, it allows for bigger and swankier lounges for the boxes.
