I like our newer uniforms, but am excitedly waiting for the Russell contract to end.

I know ODU isn't on the list but because last year was the first year under contract we had cookie-cutter UnderArmour uniforms. I don't want ODU to go the Oregon on Maryland route but I feel it is way too simple, but it has the right idea. I like the number and name fonts, and the colors look great. But I would like to see the pants maybe add a stripe, and I would love to see us incorporate our secondary light blue to accent the navy and silver. Out basketball team does it and it looks great. Bobby Wilder did hint that we were getting something new for this year so I'm excited to see what he's talking about

PLEASE TAKE OURS!!!! Our pants look absolutely retarded with that big, clunky looking black mass of stupidity. Just doesn't match the scheme at all...

IMHO, we should have opted for tapered black caps at the knees to match the black shoulder caps...

yeah I'm not a fan of the single large block stripe. If it's that wide, it should be more that one stripe. I was thinking stripes like La Tech's, with the three stripes touching each other, and if not that then maybe just two stripes. Just anything other than that plain single colored pants that look boring when the rest of the uniform looks plain as well

I thought the whatever USM wore in San Marcos looked really good. Not as good as ours, but good.

I got no issue with USM or Memphis State's uniforms. They look good enough to me.

THIS. I've been less that thrilled with the uni's they've come up with for us. I feel like it would not be difficult to get creative and design a bold and simplified set of uniforms. Maybe I'm just not giving enough credit to the difficulty.

I've always thought Memphis' football uniforms were a little lackluster. Don't know why. I think it's the darker gray they use rather than silver but they always look dull and some of the combos they come up with are just meh.

I would love to see UTEP get a more modern look to their Uniforms.

I like Southern Miss' look as much as anyone in the conference.

If I was picking for Western I would go back to the clean look we had under Willie

It's not the uniform design I'm worried about. Nike and Under Armour certainly have created some atrocities. And I like Russell's products like polos and shirts. It's all about perception. Russell has a reputation as a high school company. And they also said we would be a showcase brand for them and they haven't done jack for us.

From what I remember about those ugly assed 2 color pants uniform set was it was perceived that USM would have it's own uniform template unique to Southern Miss. As it turns out it was just another Russell design. I have no issues with Russell in general as the quality is there but I agree the perception/truth is you've got to be Nike or UnderArmour for recruits to like you.

When did Boise join CUSA????

I'm going to be sad getting rid of the uniforms we have worn the last few years.

I would rather see UTEP get more modern like Oregon, Maryland, or TCU.
