Stadium Improvements. Lots of us use smaller stadiums, or older stadiums. Lets imagine we were all having sell-outs or just needed expansion because of bad condition. Pretend you just got a $40 million donation, now get a picture and add it yourself... but In Mocrosoft paint or an equivalent program.

Here's mine. I included our already planned Press box upgrade, mainly just as a larger box than before, idk what itll look like.

My addition is the North End Zone and seating additions on the south end. One day I hope it would be necessary to expand the seating, It'd be really good for In-State OOC games, we were maxed out the first game vs Southern. I'd hope one day our fans could do that alone and force an expansion like this.

It is centered around our already existing video-board, It does not require the boards removal. My idea is that it would act like a main entrance, have 2 floors, and a permanent merchandise store. The building would be in the same style as the Athletic Complex and hopefully press box. I think this would both enhance the tailgating atmosphere and the game atmosphere by closing it all in.

I beleive what you are referring to is just decoration for the walk ways into the stadium. The addition was designed for the the other side and was built to have a extended upper level around the club house

I see you got USM as the visiting team (black and gold, and a lot of it.) ??

I'm not that tech savy. What I would like at MM Roberts is to close the north endzone by duplicating the south expansion.

I figured they'd be the most capable of of filling it out...

If I could build my own, I would do exactly what we are building, I would just do it faster.

I would make three changes to Marshall Stadium that wouldn't necessiarly change the overall structure of the stadium.

1.) I would buy 39,000 of these BleaCHair seats and go with chairback to every seat in the stadium.

2.) Gut all restrooms in the stadium and refinish them.

3.) Change the official name of the stadium back to Marshall Stadium.

Alot of Marshall fans probably would like to tear down the 2000 endzone addition and re-do it. The only thing that I really would have done different is utilize the space under as a Kids Zone on one side and a Craft Bear/BBQ stand on the other.

Agreed. But I would also like to see them expand the press box even if it meant losing seats above it in the 2nd deck.

I'd put a partial roof over our stadium.
Were going fancy with it with real seats, might as well go further with keeping the fans somewhat comfortable. A huge bonus though would be to be able to keep the sound in. Direct it back onto the field.

That is the first I have seen of that Old Dominion rendering, looks great will that be completed by the time East Carolina plays there or will this be built in phases?

I would add on to the Boneyard with suites above bringing capacity to around 57,000.
