Former WKU star Courtney Lee should sign a pretty decent contract. Not $98 million as guards aren't at as much of a premium as big men. CLee has numerous teams bidding on him. Knicks offered him a 4 year deal tonight apparently to start with Rose and Melo in backcourt.

ODU Kent Bazemore, 4 years 70 million to stay with the hawks. Went from nothing to something. Proud of him.

Whiteside is still an enormous tool, and I remember how disgusting his behavior was at Marshall during our first post-season tournament in 20 years. Not a Son of Marshall, should have never been enrolled at our university. He is a part of the mess that Donnie Jones left.

The guy has worked very hard with the Heat. Obviously didn't have it easy growing up but not a street hardened guy either. Never know how he will turn out. Maybe he'll be somebody the Herd could be proud of at some point. He certainly has some basketball talent, trying to develop his skills and maturity.

lmckay I like you but now you are just making s*it up. Was Donnie Jones a horrible coach, his 55-41 record at Marshall playing 15 Non DI games in 3 years says yes. His 79-88 record at UCF says yes also. But don't crap all over a player because you didn't like them.

Glad the Hawks were able to re-sign Bazemore.

It looks like Paul Milsap next contract in 2017 will be part of over 36 rule (CBA) somewhere around the 4 year 150 million range. I hope the Hawks will pony up to keep him because some other team will.
