I'm not sure if it is just Coastal winning the National Championship earlier this evening, the fact that Arkansas State has the best recruits in all of G5dom(), or the fact that App is being held in such high esteem in publications regarding this coming football season, but damn, I'm in a good mood tonight.
Glad to have Coastal in the SunBelt. I knew (unlike many naysayers) that App and GS would make an immediate splash into FBS football and I am gaining confidence that Coastal will make a splash as well.

Nice! I noticed this shortly after they posted it. Some suggested earlier that this doesn't give to the SB.

All I know is College Baseball's "**** of the Walk" is in the 'Belt.

I got excited when I first heard of CCU as a possibility. I said they'd be a GREAT addition.

Because I'm such a baseball fan, this add excited me more than any other.

Georgia Southern has proven to be a solid all around program. App has a lot of work to do outside of football, but I think they have a vision and the means and facilities to get it done.

I am over the moon about being in the SBC, having a national championship, being with Under Armour, and the new stadium. Here is to forming new friendships and rivalries.

I don't even have words. You can't post anything that describes how you feel when your alma mater wins a national championship in one of the big 3 sports. Euphoria maybe?

I know it's not the same but the win against Florida was such a big first time FBS win for us I can slightly relate to the excitement for the future you guys are going through! Congrats again!

Went to bed celebrating a National Championship..... then woke up celebrating our first official day as a Sun Belt member. Man what a 24hrs!
