Ha! I just saw that a min ago myself ..... Nice field! For the first time in a long time, I feel WKU has as good of a chance as anybody in a quality tournament like that.

Pinching myself a few times here....Unreal to see this guy commit to us today....Future is bright for WKU, now its on the fans to get of their ass and support this program for once....Sky is the limit and when Stansbury said why not can WKU become a powerhouse like it was, he was not kidding, has come out firing...

Uh oh....NCAA will be on the way soon...

The first one has to be the hardest one to get.

Now they see the #1 center in the nation committed there, makes it much easier to convince some other guys.

Hopefully he signs in the early signing period.

Man, I just wonder if Stans will be around next year before these players actually get in a uniform. Other schools are going to want this guy, and all this excitement could be for naught if Stans is hired away quickly.

That is a great commit for you guys. Miner fans just have two words of caution when a very high profile player commits. Isaac Hamilton. In his case his recruitment didn't stop with him actually signing. I hope he suits up and plays because it will be good for the conference, but I would caution people not to get too hyped over any recruit.

This is awesome... The more we elevate our programs the better off we all are.

It's a $2 million pot to be shared. Not $2 million per school. Still some decent pocket change to go along with quality opponents.

If he's a top 15 player in the class and the #1 center, what are expectations for how long he stays? I have to imagine there's a fair chance he's one and done.

Obviously hard to predict what coaches are going to do but Stansbury is a Kentucky guy...He is older now and his kids are still in school, cannot see him leaving any time soon...When he says why can WKU not be what it used to be, I take that to mean he is building WKU back up to a consistent power to be as we can be in todays day and age...
