It isn't nitpicking. Norvell didn't retain any of them and Fuente only took Scott with him. Scott pretty much accepted a demotion

Also we are talking the defensive side of the ball. It's just my opinion that Fuente didn't put as much time into assembling a staff on defense after Odom left as he would on offense. He basically hired nothing but coaches who were not retained at their previous school or coming from a school who had low pay.

Norvell staff is composed of guys that were coaching in P5 conferences.

Didn't Virginia Tech require Fuente to keep the existing defensive staff

Let me put it bluntly then: This team has to prove our UNPRECEDENTED success was not due to Fuente and Paxton.

It was due to Paxton to and Fuente this teams job is to keep the momentum rolling in the right direction.

It wasn't unprecedented. Because 1963 Precedes 2015.

I'll add the job was not finished when fuente left. If we fail to maintain the momentum, we could just end up back where we were. The coach leaving and now starting over with a new coach can't help the attendance. Attendance this upcoming year will interesting. We need another year or two of winning to get the attendance where we want it.

On offense, i think the biggest key will be the play of the offensive line.

If it wasn't for statistics, some of the bonehead prognosticators would be on skid row.

I, too, am interested in attendance. If the spring game is any indication, then interest still appears strong. In many cases, a coaching change brings out the Lookie Lous. It'll be interesting to gauge crowd reaction as the previous coach left on his own accord unlike in year's past.

If our new coaching staff is as efficient coaching our guys up as they are recruiting, this team is going to do very well!

This team's record will be 7-5 to finish this season.
Anything better than that will just be gravy...

This team will take a step back in '16 but I believe will keep moving forward after that.

This article MAY prove to be accurate. BUT, this is an article in Orlando newspaper openly pushing for UCF to Big12 ........You take it for what you want. If I had a hard copy of this article I'd wipe with it.

had fun reading it tho
