RE: FB: Former Tiger
He has some great 2015 stats. Over 11 yards a carry. But, they used him sparingly and he did not play in two games last year.
I wonder how many times he fumbled in 2015. He did run one 94 yard kick off return for a TD.

There was a kickoff return for a touchdown for the tigers about a year ago (forgetting the opponent at the moment), but it was called back. Been close to 20 years since we've had a kickoff returned for a touchdown.

Longest drought in college football.

1996 in our upset of UT. The return won an ESPY award.

Just saw he had 2 fumbles in 2015 and 1 was lost and 1 apparently recovered The defenses would have been a lot stronger in the AAC. I don't have any details on the circumstances of those two fumbles.

Central Florida, 2013. One of the most frustrating games I can recall being at.
We shut UCF and Bortles down all game. Up 17.10 midway through the 4Q, Bortles leads a solid drive down the field that results in a TD. The score came on a short, goal line run after the RB fumbled the ball in the endzone and an OL recovered it. That was the first sign that things were about to get weird. 17.17 2m 4Q.
On the ensuing kickoff, the KR got knocked the **** out on a helmet-to-helmet hit that wasn't called, fumbled, UCF recovers in the endzone for the go-ahead TD. 17.24 2m 4Q.
On the ensuing kickoff, HOLY MOTHER OF GOD WE TOOK IT BACK TO THE HOUSE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1996 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Yep, you are. Got called back to the 15.
Lynch leads a really good drive down into the UCF redzone, something like :45 left. Then Fuente gets cute and has Lynch shovel it to someone who throws a horrible INT in the endzone. Game over.
I never want to think about that game again. Especially considering that UCF won the conference and the Fiesta bowl that season.

Even though that was a frustrating loss, I also say that was the first time I really knew we had a chance to be special in 2014 - UCF went on to win the Fiesta Bowl that year, and we went toe-to-toe with them.

3~9 that season too weren't we? We outplayed them most of the game. That no call cost us the game.
