Yes, Stanford had five players on this team while Rice had three but remember who took home the prize. That is all that matters IMO. JS

Aardsma was the most shocking ommission. I had no problem with Hudgins getting MOP given he was 3-0 in Omaha, with I believe 2 complete games, if I remember correctly.

Looks like the slots on the team were each position, DH, and two pitchers. Who would you have had Aardsma replace -- Niemann?

I think we should have had 12 spots on that team. No, 15, the other three main pitchers should have been there too.
