Where is Dave Carducci
Does anyone know if Dave Carducci is still working for the Athletic Department. If not, why and where is he. I really miss his blogging and info.

Mr. Carducci is listed in the staff directory. But I agree, ever since the basketball season ended, he has been pretty silent.

He is still w/ KSU. And yes, he went on a European golf trip. Bogeyed the road hole when he missed a short par putt.

RE: Where is Dave Carducci
Hi,
I am still here.
I was gone for several weeks on a golf trip to Scotland, playing several British Open courses, including St. Andrews, Muirfield, and Turnberry,
Since men's basketball season, much of the work I have produced simply hasn't had my name attached to it. I do a lot of video work with our coaches in producing the blogs you've been seeing online. We have a video blog series coming up with Jimmy Hall as a host introducing you to the new faces on the men's basketball team. I also do a great deal of our graphic design work. With that, I have been working ahead on designing the visual style for everything we will use in social media during the 2016-17 athletic year. We are trying to have a clear and consistent visual look, and that means coming up with a style guide for everyone inside our department to use as a reference.
With a lot of the work I'm doing now, you just ouldn't know it was me doing it. For example, I designed the season tickets sheets for men's basketball. I am now creating some of the information packages that will help fans know what is going on with the new strategic plan for the department.
I miss writing, but I'll be able to get back to some of that when football season rolls around again.
Dave

As Bill Livingston of the PD pointed out, that's really a par because Tom Watson believed the Road Hole should be a par 5.
I had sandwiched that with nice pars at 16 and 18, though. And I birdied 15.
Unfortunately, my score wasn't what it could have been due to (I think) an 11 at the 14th hole. I couldn't get out of Hell Bunker, which is no reason to be embarrassed I guess because I think it took Jack Nicklaus something like 6 shots to get out of that bunker in the 2000 Open.
Anyway, great fun!

You "guess" it was the 11 at 14? I'd say so.
