Didn't overlook anything. I counted the available seats & your estimate of 8-9k is way off - even including any club tickets held. But I believe you mis-characterize those tickets too since they are held in individual names & each carries deadlines for TSF donations & ticket purchase. You're just negative about anything to do with Bowen & it has caused you to be negative about the Tigers. Who can say they support the Tigers but spew such negativity about the program?
From a person on Facebook who is trying to buy FB season tickets posted this AM: " I've been trying to get a hold of the ticket office but apparently they aren't capable of calling an alumni back." I'm negative again.
I'm always amazed how folks having a problem with something choose to take the time to complain on public forums rather than to the persons who can actually address the issue & solve the problem. I have called the university ticket numerous times over a number of years & never failed to get someone on the phone.
You might be the only one. I had to call asst. AD many times to get a simple request accomplished. That ticket office is poorly ran and MOST who have used it over the years will agree.
Guess, I'm the rare exception. My contact includes season tickets for BB, FB, bowl game, away game tickets, alumni game, etc. The ticket office will even provide a rep with a direct line for ANYONE that buys season tickets. Seems like pretty good service, at least that's my experience.

The ticket office has improved dramatically. Sometimes it's hard to live down the past.

I've dealt with the ticket office quite a bit over the last 2-3 years and have had no problem in my dealings with them either on the phone or by visiting the ticket office in person. They've always been courteous and professional in handling my needs in regard to the situation at that time. I have no complaints.

I'll just say this. Ryan Alpert did a great job. A lot better than the guy that took his place
