Nice rendering. Couldn't you, in theory, also add another deck on the right side of this picture, or is that one hemmed in by roads or other things also.

There is a highway that runs along that side.

No there isn't. He said right side. I think he's talking about the home side, and no, there is no road on that side. Only a parking lot. You'd have to do serious modification of the press box on that side to add a symmetrical upper deck, but I would figure it could be done. But that would be way down the road.

Yep, overlooked that. I'm sure it could be done but the next step would be to shift University Boulevard and bowl the stadium. That should get us to around 30,000. Then perhaps they would add stands on top of the field house. If we start selling that out every game then perhaps they'll consider a deck on top of the press box but doubt it gets there for a while.

Rendering aside from that looks fantastic. Reminds me of GS.

At least Teal is greenish. I don't think it's too bad. Probably has a slightly higher albedo so it might be a little cooler. Anyone who's ever played or stood on a turf field during the afternoon knows how hellish they can feel.

Yes, I was talking about the press box side. Looks like y'all could add a deck there fairly "easily", (as opposed to moving a road).

What's expected to be completed for this season? I seem to remember this being a two stage build with some complete this season and the remainder the next.

Correct. Phase 1 is supposed to be done by kickoff of our 2017 season and should include horseshoeing the lower standsbto get to around 15,000 seats. Phase 2 should include the upper level horseshoe and suites / boxes to be around 20,000 seats.

It's just so beautiful. 04-bow

Can't wait until next year when phase 2 is done and the upper deck is on the visitor's side with the box seats.

Will people be interested enough around the beach to fill the seats? I know App will fill the place just because of proximity and App hasn't had a drive-able conference game since the last SoCon season. It just seems like a lot more room for the same number of people to attend; without extended media coverage to generate any hype among locals, I just don't understand how it will be filled up.

FWIW, it is far more aesthetically pleasing than before the corners were closed in.
