Does this mean they'll be approving the larger scale $20M facility that Hatton mentioned a couple weeks ago?

Drew confirmed on twitter he thinks the agenda item is to approve the project with an increased scope that Hatton mentioned.

Operations building, covered turf field, and outdoor turf field. Just huge for our program even with the stadium setback.

Drew's article quoted Tommy Brigham as saying the expanded scope could also include an 80 yard grass field in addition to the two full size turf fields.

Better than anticipated fundraising, recent sponsorship made expanded scope possible, according to packet.

Yes, we all remember what never made it to the agenda back in 2011. That bias decision by PBJ and his minions set UAB athletics way back. Then Watts shut the football program down completely. What other universities have suffered the athletic set backs placed on UAB by it's so-called Board and President?

In the picture Enoch tweeted, Legacy Credit Union's logo is on the covered pavilion so I'm guessing they are the lead donor.

The BoT follows The Machine's school of governance. If an item makes the agenda, they have already decided behind closed doors to approve it.

I was thinking 30 million for Bartow but that might have been a little too high a figure.

Bartow Arena wasn't an athletic investment.
