We had UofL every year. We have played UofL 79 times total. Would be dumb for UofL to continue not scheduling us. But, no surprise they cut us out after finally, for the first time ever, getting the overall series advantage 40-39 this last year.

After he turned down every offer we could dream up including 3 for 1's and start at starkville and the winner gets the home game next year. Im enjoying seeing that cheating sob find out what life is like on the other side.

He looks to be getting us some players, I don't even mind going on the road to prove a point if need be. Winning will take care of everything and I think he is getting us the players to do just that.

Just silly that UL won't continue our series. UK on the other hand, probably won't happen. Matter of fact I don't ever want them in Diddle Arena. They'd get all the tickets, turn the place blue, and I'd go redneck pissed off.

UK will never ever ever ever play WKU. Lawvul might schedule us again. I know Pitino hated Harper, that seems to be part of the reason the series ended. That and Pitino hated playing at Diddle.

the worst basketball Cartel screw job UAB ever experienced was at Mi$$ $tate under that SOB. UAB had a four year home and home series set up with him. The fist game was there and they were favored. UAB had a big lead late but was out of gas. There was not enough time for state to catch up. Then the game clock was screwed with. they would allow a couple of seconds to go by before they would start the clock. The announcer noticed when an entire 45 second possession went by with out the game clock moving. Once they got the lead they stopped messing with the clock and won the game.

Stansbury has NO leeway in these areas and he knows it.He also realizes that any TOP 150 players he gets will send off alarm bells to the NCAA--so he knows everything MUST be squeaky clean.

Now--when it comes to conference games-may the best team win!

I will strongly support all C-USA teams in OOC games AND in post season tourney play !! The best to everyone on the recruiting trail!!

Larry has reformed, i certainly want to be remembered not for what i did in my past but the future.
But here is a stunner. Adam Howard who was the instigator of much of the DT situation, flipped and got immunity from the ncaa. Now Troy has hired him as an asst. Interesting side note. The Troy ad was at southern miss during the DT years.

The continued hatred spewn with Stansbury before he even has coached a game at WKU confirms we made a home run hire....

No, it confirms that you don't live in a state where he coached for numerous years. If you had, you would be shocked at the stories that came out of Starkville, even from MSU fans, while he was there.

He is great at getting good talent, is an avg X & Os coach, and I would hesitantly take him over what it appears we have right now. But, I would also be scared to death that we were about to be investigated by the NCAA. If we had not had any NCAA penalties recently, I would roll the dice with him in a heartbeat. I think he will have WKU in the upper half to upper quarter of CUSA, and will contend for the CUSA Championship some seasons.

SHow me the violations from the NCAA? I get a lot of you wanted Harper to stay at WKU forever, sorry we have disappointed you...
