I couldn't remember how early it was. I do recall driving down Southern pretty early in the morning and being surprised at how much traffic there was.

Oh HELL yeah. I took my buddy to Celtic that morning (his first ever trip, loved it) to pre-game, take in the Spurs.Liverpool match. I hate Southern between Highland and East Parkway anyway because of those stupid timed lights but it was awful at 8a. My uber cost $30 to go 3.5 miles (surge was unreal lol).

Ordered 4 tickets this week. $55/ticket at the ticket office. Really want to go to Tulane, but with it being on a Friday night, I'll have to wait til closer to game day to make the decision with work commitments.

Anytime's a good time for Tiger football, in my book. The TV exposure is good for the program - if "power 5" teams start at 11:00 AM so can we. For noon games, we usually "brunch" with sausage (or chicken) biscuits and fire up with bloody Mary's.
